Skills:

-Being a Qualified Flying Instructor.
-Accumulated a minimum of 1500 total flying hours, 500 of which will be in a Light Aircraft.
-Accumulated total Primary instruction hours in excess of 400, of which 100 hours will have been flown within the last 12 months
-Good people development competencies.
-High level of interpersonal skills.
-The ability to communicate, influence and direct Saudi cadets both in the air and on the ground.
